Bring Leemo to your city. Sign up restaurants, shops and drivers, and get people talking about Leemo.

What you'll do

  • Sign up restaurants, shops and local businesses to sell on Leemo
  • Find and onboard drivers and delivery partners
  • Run local promotions, events and community activations
  • Help new customers get started with the app
  • Share what you hear on the ground and report on your results

What we're looking for

  • Experience in sales, marketing or business development — enthusiastic freshers are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in the local language of your area (Sinhala and/or Tamil) and comfortable in English
  • Confident meeting people, and happy to be out in the field
  • Good knowledge of your city and its local businesses
  • A motorbike and valid driving licence is an advantage

Senior Sales & Marketing Lead / Manager

  • Colombo

Lead our sales and marketing team as Leemo launches across Sri Lanka.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead the sales and marketing team across Colombo, Kurunegala and Jaffna
  • Plan and run launch campaigns, digital marketing and partnerships
  • Own merchant and driver sign-up targets, and report on progress
  • Build relationships with key merchants, brands and partners
  • Work closely with product and operations to grow Leemo

What we're looking for

  • Several years' experience in sales and/or marketing, including leading a team
  • Experience in consumer apps, delivery, ride-hailing, telco or FMCG is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English; Sinhala and/or Tamil is a strong advantage
  • Organised, data-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving start-up
  • Based in Colombo and willing to travel
