The Website gives general information about Leemo and its services in Sri Lanka, and shows where you can download the Leemo app.

Service descriptions on the Website are for general information only. Which services, vehicle types, options and prices are available depends on your location and may change at any time. The Leemo app always shows what is available to you.

Rides, food and grocery orders, shopping, parcel delivery, moving help, payments and every other Leemo service are provided through the Leemo app, not through this Website.

Your use of the Leemo app is governed by the terms of service and privacy policy presented in the app, which you accept when you create your account. These Terms do not replace or change them.

You may use the Website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law, including the Computer Crime Act, No. 24 of 2007;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
• copy or scrape the Website's content using automated tools; or
• interfere with or disrupt the Website or other people's use of it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time, without notice.

The Website and its content — including text, photographs, illustrations, design, code, and the Leemo name and logo — are owned by or licensed to Oordy Lanka and the owner of the Leemo brand, and are protected by the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003 and international treaties. "Leemo" is a trademark of its owner and is used under licence.

You may view the Website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, republish or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Website links to third-party services such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those services are run by their own providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that every piece of information on it is complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Sri Lanka, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or your reliance on information on it.

In accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006, communications between you and us by email or other electronic means are valid and satisfy any legal requirement for writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
